摘 要:分析了可程控仪器检定/校准测试系统的硬件组成及互联总线,重点论述了多总线测试系统中,不同总线仪器硬件兼容的解决方法,以及不同总线但功能相近仪器互换的软件实现方案。给出了系统的软件结构框架。基于VISA库开发系统I/O接口层,解决不同总线仪器硬件的兼容;利用数据库技术及引入独立于软件的测量流程,实现了软件和具体仪器资源无关的设计目标。本方案克服了以往自动检定/校准系统设计上的缺陷,充分发挥软件设计人员与计量人员的长处,满足各级计量部门的自动检定/校准测试系统设计需求。This paper analyzes the hardware components and interconnected bus of the program-controllable instrument verifying/calibrating test system, with emphasis on the compatibility of the hardware of different bus devices in the multiple bus test system, as well as the software program of the exchange of instruments with different buses and similar functions. A systematic framework for software architecture is given. With the I/O interface layer of the VISA-based database development system, the compatibility of different bus hardware devices is addressed. The use of database technology and the introduction of test measurement which is independ- ent of the software have achieved the specific design of equipment unrelated to the software. The program has o- vercome the flaws of the past design of the automatic verifying/calibrating system, and gives full play to the staff of software design and the measurement to meet the design requirements of the automatic verifying/calibrating test system with the sectors at all levels.
