和谐新农村建设中农民利益表达机制探析

摘　　要：构建和谐新农村的主体是农民,农民利益表达对于新农村建设具有重要的意义。当前我国农民利益表达还存在着表达积极性较低、表达渠道不甚畅通、有时出现失真现象等问题,这在一定程度上阻碍了新农村建设的进程。积极疏通利益表达渠道,加强利益表达的组织化建设,增强农民利益表达意识和能力,提高全社会对农民利益表达的认识,将有利于和谐新农村建设的顺利进行。The principal part in building new harmonious countryside is the whole body of farmers and the farm ers＇ interest expression has great significance for the construction of new countryside. While at present there are some problems, such as the farmers＇ enthusiasm in the interest expression is low, the channels for interest expression are not available and farmers＇ interest expression is sometimes distorted. All these obstruct the progress of the construction of new countryside. To improve the mechanism of farmers＇ interest expression and help build new countryside ,we should clear the channels of farmers＇ interest expression, strengthen the building of organization concerning farmers＇ interest expression ,raise the awareness and^the ability of farmers＇ interest expression, and enhance the entire society＇s under standing about the importance of farmers＇ interest expression.
