摘  要:研究了甲苯在Fe-Mo-O催化剂作用下,空气选择氧化制苯甲醛的反应。考察了氧气/甲苯(摩尔比)、反应温度、空时等因素对甲苯转化率和苯甲醛选择性的影响。动力学结果表明,反应速率控制步骤为还原态的催化剂被氧化再生,甲苯反应级数为1。The vapor-phase air oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde over a Fe-Mo-O catalyst was investigated. The conversion and selectivity to benzaldehyde as a function of several variables, such as the feed ratio of oxygen to toluene, the reaction temperature and the reciprocal of space velocity were also studied. Kinetic studies showed that the reaction was controlled by the rate of the oxidation of the reduced catalyst, and the rate was first order with respect to toluene and was independent of the oxygen concentration. The rate expression r T=K 1K 2y T/(K 1y T+K 2) fit the data best.
