无固相完井液在煤层气井中的应用

摘　　要：为了更好地保护煤层气,采用无固相完井液,通过室内试验优选出最佳配方,并在华北大城大1-6井和大1-5井三开时成功地使用。使用结果表明,该完井液能很好地满足煤层气井的要求,携岩能力强,防塌效果好,井壁稳定,井径规则,从而提高了机械钻速,降低了成本。Making use of solid free completion fluid for protecting coal bed-gas. The best formulation of completion fluid is selected in lab and successfully used in Da 1-5 and Da 1-6 wells of Huabei Dacheng. The application results show that the completion fluid with strong carry ability, well anti-collapse, wall stability and good bore hole is the most satisfaction for coal seam-gas well. This fluid can improve the drilling penetration velocity and lower the cost of well.
