摘 要:采用传统工艺制备了BaTiO3掺杂的KNN-BNT基无铅压电陶瓷(记为KNN-BNT+xBT),并研究了陶瓷的晶相、显微结构及压电,介电性能随x的变化关系。实验发现x=0.05时,陶瓷具有较好的铁电压电性能:d33=157pC/N,kp=34%,εr=671,Qm=92。该体系压电陶瓷具有较高的压电常数和介电性能,具有良好的应用前景。The BaTiO3 modified KNN-BNT (abbreviated to KNN-BNT+xBT) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have been synthesized by the conventional ceramic fabrication technique. The effects of BaTiO3 addition on the crystalline phase, microstructure and piezoelectric properties, dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied. It was found that the ceramics for x=0.05 the optimal electric properties were obtained: d33=157pC/ N, kp=31%, ε r=671, Qm=ll2. The results show that the ceramics are good candidates for lead-free piezo-and ferroelectric materials because of their high piezoelectric coefficient and dielectric properties.
