摘　　要：破乳剂ＳＨ８８是专为辽河油田兴２８块碱／聚合物二元复合驱采出液研制的，由ＡＲ型和ＳＰ型破乳剂复配而成。在处理量２０ｍ３／ｄ的小型矿场脱水试验装置上连续进行了为期半年的兴１９１井采出液破乳脱水试验，ＳＨ８８的脱水效果明显优于常规破乳剂。确定了使用ＳＨ８８时的脱水工艺参数。Demulsifier SH88 is composed of an AR type and a SP type demulsifiers and is developed for dehydrating high water cut produced crude oil of alkaline/polymer flooded reservoirs at Block Xinglongtai 28 in Liaohe.At a pilot dehydrating pilot plant of productivity 20 m 3/d, the produced fluid containing alkaline and polymer from an oil well is treated continuously over 6 months by SH88, together with a TA and a SP demulsifiers, with varying technologic parameters. With SH88, qualified purified crude oil is obtaind and the quality of produced water is increased.
