摘　　要：云南民营橡胶自1977～2007年走过了30a艰苦奋斗的历程,为云南民族经济发展、边疆各族人民脱贫致富、生态环境改善、促进集镇建设与国家第二个橡胶基地建设等诸多方面都发挥了巨大的作用。目前,民营橡胶已成为云南热区农业的支柱产业,对促进和实现民族地区经济、政治、社会和生态环境四大效益的同步发展具有重要意义。Rubber industry in private sector has gone through 30 years of hard efforts in Yunnan during 1977-2007, and contributed greatly to the local economic developmen, the relief of poverty of all ethnic groups in border areas, improvement of the local ecological environment, the township construction and the second largest rubber base construction in Yunnan. At present, the rubber industry in private sector has become a pillar industry of agriculture in tropical Yunnan and is of great significance in promoting and achieving simultaneous development of the economic, political and social benefits and ecological environment in the areas inhabited by ethnic groups in Yunnan Province, China.
