摘　　要：农业科研项目成本模式难于统一,由农业科研项目内外环境诸多因素造成,加强农业科研项目内外环境建设,将为农业科研项目成本核算规范化提供一个良好平台。从建制方面提出了建议,为农业科研环境建设提供一些参考。The cost models for agricultural research projects are hard to be standardized, which is due to various internal and external environments in agricultural research projects. Improvement of internal and external environments in agricultural research projects will afford a good platform for the standardization of cost checking in agricultural research projects. Therefore several opinions from the aspect of organizational system are put forward, which might be a reference to improvement of agricultural research environment.
