摘 要:作为评价半刚性基层材料的低温指标,最接近实际状态的是温缩试验测定的温缩应变。但温缩试验因其难度和精密性过高,不能成为工程评价指标。为了对比冻融循环抗压强度指标,用冻融循环劈裂试验来作为评价半刚性材料的低温性能的试验。用2种级配方法计算得到6个级配,在已知温缩试验结果基础上,将28 d冻融残留抗压强度比BDR和冻融残留劈裂强度BDRSP分别与相应级配的最大温缩应变作分析比较,得出用冻融残留劈裂强度作评价抗低温指标的合理性。As a low temperature index to evaluate the semi-rigid base material,temperature shrinkage test is closest to the actual state.But because of its difficulty and high precision,temperature shrinkage test is unable to become a project evaluation index.In order to contrast the compressive strength indicators of freeze-thaw cycles,freeze-thaw cycles splitting test was used to evaluate the low temperature performances of semi-rigid material.6 gradations cement stabilized macadam were obtained by calculating with two gradation methods. Then we analyzed and compared 28 days freeze-thaw residual compressive strength ratio BDR and freeze-thaw residual splitting strength BDRsp with the maximum temperature shrinkage strain of corresponding gradation separately based on the known results of temperature shrinkage test, and proved that the rationality of using freeze-thaw residual splitting strength as the low temperature resistance evaluating index.
