摘　　要：在传统的环行振荡器的基础上,提出一种改进型的环形振荡器。克服了由于门电路的传输延迟时间极短,难以获得较低的振荡频率,而且频率不易调节的缺点,并通过仿真得到了电源电压与振荡频率的关系。In the traditional Central Bank on the basis of the oscillator,an improved version of the ring oscillator is introduced.It overcomes the shortcoming that because of the transmission gate delay time is short,it is not casyto obtain a lower frequency,but also difficult to adjust the frequency.Through simulation,the relationship between supply voltage and frequency of the oscillations is set.
