摘  要:胜利油田于1992年9月在孤岛油田中一区进行了聚合物驱先导试验。在先导试验取得明显效果的基础上,1994年底开展了孤岛油田中一区馆3聚合物驱工业性试验。利用现有的常规井网,采用清水配制母液,污水稀释,二级段塞方式注入,历时33个月。共注入聚合物干粉8687.8t,聚合物溶液500.5×104m3。截止到1997年底,含水率平均下降了5.3%,累积增油34×104t。其中中1-16站效果最好,含水率平均下降了7.2%,累积增油24.2×104t。转后续水驱后,仍保持含水下降势头。该项目已收回全部投资,取得了工业性试验的成功。Polymer flooding pilot test was carried out at Zhongyi area of Gudao oilfield on September 1992. Based on the obvious effect, a polymer flooding commercial test was held at Ng3 layer. The present conventional well pattern was used. The original solution was compound with fresh water and diluted with produced water. The solution was injected in 2 stage slug and lasted 33 monthes. 8687.8t polymer powder and 500.5×10 4 m 3 polymer solution were injected.Up to the end of 1997, the average water cut had declined by 5.3% and the accumulative incremental oil had reached 34×10 4 t. The best is Zhong 1 16 station, its average water cut declined by 7.2% and accumulative incremental oil is 24 2×10 4t. Its water cut maintains declining after converting to water flooding. This project has taken back all the investment,so the commercial test is successful.
