摘　　要：在对现阶段科技保险运行中采取的"投保—理赔"型模式进行阐述的基础上,提出了科技保险"担保"型、"半参与"型和"全参与"型模式,并剖析了其运行机理。针对科技保险推行方式中存在的问题,凝练出分类定率、逐批递减和总额控制的工作推进机制,以期对"观望"中的科技企业参与科技保险有所帮助。Based on the mode of ＂insurance-compensation＂ which adopted in the running process of scientific and technological insurance at present, this paper proposes the modes of ＂warranty＂, ＂semi-participation＂ and ＂ complete participation＂ with their running mechanism. Then, according to the problem of its implementing way, the paper epurates the propulsive mechanisms that is the ＂ratio determination by category＂, ＂diminish batch by batch＂ and ＂constraint by amount＂, and wants to help the ＂hesitant＂ corporations which hope to insure.
