基于二次孵化的孵化产业基地运行模式研究

摘　　要：孵化器作为连接知识创新源头和高新技术产业的桥梁,已由单体的经济组织发展成一种产业形态。从阐释科技企业二次孵化及孵化产业基地的概念出发,在系统分析开放式运行模式的构建思路与基本要素的基础上,建立了以孵化集团为核心、平台建设为杠杆的孵化产业基地开放式运行模式,并对该模式的两阶段运作流程进行了探讨。Technology incubator, serves as a bridge between the tech industry, has developed from individual economic organization the concepts of secondary incubator and incubator industry are source to an given; of knowledge innovation and high- industry form. In this paper, firstly and then systematically analyze principles and elements in building open operation mode. Finally, open operation mode of incubator industry base is structured with incubator group at the core and incubator platform on both sides; moreover two-stage operation process is further discussed.
