区域公共服务平台R&D资源共享有效性分析

摘　　要：在对R&D资源共享的内涵和必要性进行阐述的基础上,分析了我国R&D资源共享存在的问题,指出建设区域公共服务平台是实现R&D资源共享的重要途径。通过构建博弈模型对区域公共服务平台的有效性做出了解释,并结合上海研发公共服务平台进行了案例分析。Based on the explanation of the connation and necessity of R＆D resource, this article analyzes the problems on R＆D resource sharing in our country and points out that the construction of regional public service platform is an important way to achieve R＆D resource sharing. Then the effectiveness of regional public service platform is also analyzed through the model based on game theory combined with the case study of Shanghai R＆D public service platform.
