摘  要:分析了各类钢铁生产固体废弃物传统处理弊端,并重点讲述了莱钢烧结厂研究处理各类固体废弃物的应用技术,通过统筹优化原料配比,在烧结工序消化氧化铁皮等固体废弃物,在球团工序消化转炉灰等固体废弃物,减少了矿耗成本,降低了外排污染,在生产稳定基础上,兼顾经济效益和社会效益,取得较好成效。This paper analyzes the drawbacks in various traditional disposals of solid wastes in iron-and-steel making with the focus on the study of the applied technologies for disposing various solid wastes. The optimization of feed proportioning through co-ordination, digestion of solid wastes such as iron scale in the sintering circuit and assimilation of solid wastes like converter ash in the pelletizing procedure reduced the cost of ore consumption and cut down efflux pollution, on the base of production stability and with both economic returns and social effect considered, better results were obtained.
