摘  要:根据50t电炉能量和物料平衡分析,遵循冶金原理,进行了电炉节能技术集成创新研究和应用,通过改进电炉电气设备、研究采用集束氧枪供氧技术、提高电能利用率技术、电炉高铁水比例冶炼技术、第四孔除尘余热回收利用技术等节能技术。在50t电炉主体设备不变的条件下,电炉冶炼周期缩短到44min,综合电耗、电极消耗等消耗指标大幅降低,实现了50t电炉高效节能、环境友好和清洁生产,年直接经济效益过亿元。According to the analysis of 50-t electric furnace capacity and burden balance, in the light of metallurgical principles, the integrated innovations of energy-saving technologies for the electric furnace, including improvement on electrical equipment of the electric furnace, study and adoption of bundling lance oxygen supply technique, power efficiency enhancement technique, high hot metal smelting technique for converter and the technique of recycling of dust removal waste heat in the 4th aperture were researched on and applied. As a result, under the unalterable conditions of the main body equipment on the 50-t electric furnace, the consumption targets like comprehensive electricity consumption and dectrode consumption reduced considerably, realizing the goal of high efficiency, energy saving, environment-friendliness and clean production for the 50-t electric furnace, with the annual economic returns exceeding 100 million yuan.
