摘　　要：建立了一个随机内生增长模型,将人们的健康水平作为影响人们福利的一个因素引入效用函数,讨论了在一定健康水平下政策参数对经济增长和社会福利的影响.发现在低税率与低医疗水平阶段,增大征税有益于福利但有碍于增长;过高的税收(或私人医疗投入)对于福利与增长均无好处.The impact of health on the economic growth and social welfare is discussed in this paper.It is held by the author that increasing tax（or private health investment）is beneficial to welfare,though it hinders economic growth,and more tax（or private health investment）is harmful to both welfare and economic growth.Some stochastic economic growth models without considering decision-making are analyzed.A simple conclusion is drawn that public health is very important to economic growth in a society.
