摘　　要：通过对重庆地区气象资料的收集和整理,并分析了该地区风力、温度、湿度等基础数据特征,结合室内人体热舒适区域图,对重庆市的温度、湿度特征进行了分析总结。一月份,温度是人体达到舒适状态首要的控制对象;七月,湿度是人体达到舒适状态首要的控制对象。Collect the meteorological datas of Chongqing area, then analysis the characteristics of basic data including wind resource, temperature, humidity and others, combine with human thermal comfort area in psychrometric chart, analysis and summarize the characteristics of temperature, humidity of Chongqing, In January, the temperature as the control object should be considerated firstly; in July, the humidity should be considerated firstly in order to be comfortable.
