摘　　要：尊重党员主体地位、保障党员民主权利是当前党的建设的重要内容。当前,党员民主权利保障的规章制度逐步完善,运行机制逐步健全,党员权利意识普遍增强,党员权利保障状况整体良好,但仍存在党员权利得不到充分保障的现象。要进一步保障党员民主权利,调动广大党员的积极性和创造性,必须在制度建构、途径创新、观念转变等方面着力完善。It is an important part of the CPC＇ s current construction project to respect the subjectivity and protect the democratic fights of its members. Along with the improvement of relevant protecting rules and systems and the enhancement of the CPC members＇ sense of rights, a lot of achievement has been made in protecting the rights of CPC members, nevertheless, there still exists the phenomenon that the fights of CPC members can＇ t be always well protected. In order to better protect the democratic fights of the CPC members, the CPC should arouse the initiative and creativity of all its members to further improve its relevant systems, innovate relevant methods and concepts
