社群隔离与农民工群体的城市融入

摘　　要：农民工群体是我国工业化、城市化、现代化进程中的必然产物,而其能否成功融入城市是衡量中国城市化进程的重要标志之一。然而,在现实社会中存在的社群隔离现象严重阻碍了农民工群体融入城市社会。为此,文章尝试对当前农民工群体面临的社群隔离进行深入的分析,剖析社群隔离现象对农民工群体融入城市社会的负面作用,并提出消除社群隔离,促进群体融合,实现农民工群体成功融入城市社会的对策建议。Farmer-workers are the inevitable outcome of China＇ s industrialization, urbanization and modernization; and it is an important mark of the degree of China＇ s urbanization whether the farmer-workers can well fit into the city or not. However in current China, the phenomenon of community isolation seriously prevent the farmer-workers＇ integration into city. Therefore, the author makes a study on the problem of community isolation and its impact on the farmer-workers＇ integration into the city; additionally, the author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to dispel community isolation and promote the farmer-workers＇ successful fitting into city.
