Optimal Capacitor Allocation Based on Fuzzy Reasoning and Fuzzy MultiObjective Programming in Distribution Network

摘  要:采用逐步规划的方法进行配电网电容器优化配置.以节点的电压水平和降损能力作为指标,采用模糊推理的方法计算每个节点的补偿适宜度,取补偿适宜度最大的节点为补偿节点;以三个时间段负荷方式的能量损耗及峰值负荷的网损减少为目标,应用模糊多目标规划的方法计算该补偿节点的电容器补偿容量;考虑各个补偿点之间的补偿容量相互影响的问题,采用循环计算的方法重新计算已有补偿点的最佳电容器配置容量.实际系统算例分析表明该方法的有效性和实用性.This paper presents an algorithm using stepwise programming method to determine suitable location for capacitor installation and its ratings in distribution network. The Voltage and loss reduction capability of node is regarded as input indices. The fuzzy inference method is used to obtain capacitor placement suitability of every node. The node having the highest suitability is selected as compensation node. The energy loss of three time periods and the peak charge is model as optimization objective. Fuzzy multiobjective programming is used to calculate capacitor sizing. Considering the interaction problem of ratings of compensated nodes, the circulation calculation method is used to recalculate the capacitor sizing for compensated nodes. The results of test system demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
