摘　　要：主要研究线性代数中一类重要的矩阵反——Hermite矩阵的性质.根据Hermite矩阵、反对称矩阵的性质和特征理论,通过计算与推理,对反Hermite矩阵性质进行系统研究.得到了反Hermite矩阵的若干性质和迹不等式.这些结果是经典结果的推广,利用这些结果可对相关矩阵作进一步研究.In this paper, we mainly study some properties of the skew -Hermite matrices, which is an important kind of matrices in Linear algebras. With calculation and reasoning, we make systemic researches on skew - Hermite matrices according to some properties of the Hermite matrices and skew - symmetric matrices. We obtain a number of natures of this kind of matrices and an inequality of traces. The results can be regarded as generalizations and developments of the classical results, and can be used to do more researches on related matrices.
