摘　　要：目的就是分析无痛性子宫输卵管造影加介入机械再通术的可行性,降低手术失败率,减少患者痛苦。方法2004年3月～2008年2月间我们对80例患者采用了在以异丙酚为主的静脉复合麻醉下行无痛子宫输卵管造影加介入机械再通术。结果80例患者均获成功,其中有60例双侧输卵管阻塞占75%,其中20例伞端水;单侧输卵管阻塞20例占25%,其中18例伞端水。结论无痛性子宫输卵管造影加再通术安全、可靠、有效。Objective Is analyzes indolence womb oviduct radiography Canada to involve the machinery to pass the technique again the feasibility, cuts the surgery failure rate, reduces the patient pain.
