摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对结核病患者治疗预后的影响。方法将96例结核病初治住院患者随机分为2组:对照组进行一般护理;治疗组在对照组的基础上加强健康教育,比较其在12个月内治疗效果、住院次数、服药情况。结果治疗组12个月患者较对照组12个月治疗效果、住院次数减少。结论健康教育对结核病患者的治疗预后有较强影响。Objective To study health education whether influence prognostic effects in the initial treatment of tuberculosis. Methods 96 pulmonary tuberculosis in - patients were randomly distributed into 2 groups. The control group was given general duty nursing. The tiral group was given both general duty nursing and intensive health education. And then two groups were compared with treatment effects, readmission times, circumstance of taking medicine during 12 months. Results The incidence of readmission was lower and patients＇compliance was higher in the tiral group as compared to the control group. Conclusion Health education could improve prognostic effects in the initial treatment of tuberculosis
