摘　　要：目的为经口腔气管插管到气管隆嵴提供解剖学依据。方法测量20具防腐标本的切牙到气管隆嵴、胸骨颈静脉切迹到剑胸结合部、胸骨颈静脉切迹到耻骨联合上缘的长度,并建立多元回归方程。结果多元回归方程为=38.34-0.55X1-0.07X2。结论当进行经口腔气管插管到气管隆嵴时,可根据上述方程估计插管长度。Objective To provide the anatomical basis for orotacheal intubition. Methods The lengths from the incisors to carina of trachea and from jugular notch to xiphoid process and the superior edge of symphysial were measured in 20 adult cadaveric specimens. Results Multiple regression equation wasy^=38.34-0.55X1-0.07X2. Conclusion The length of orotacheal intubition could be estimated when orotacheal intubition was made.
