摘　　要：瑞芬太尼是一种新型的阿片μ受体激动剂,可迅速被广泛存在于血液和组织中的非特异性酯酶水解。瑞芬太尼具有独特的药理学特性,起效迅速,清除率快且不依赖于肝肾功能,长期静脉输注不产生明显蓄积作用。因此,瑞芬太尼适用于全麻诱导插管、麻醉维持及心外科手术麻醉,术中有良好的镇静镇痛作用,有利于术后认知功能的早期恢复。瑞芬太尼是一种"超短效"阿片类药物,将为静脉麻醉带来更广阔的前景。Remifentanil is a new u-opiod receptor agonist,which is rapidly metabolized by nonspecific esterase throughout blood and tissues.Remifentanil has an unique pharmacological property with rapid onset and offset,ultra-short action,and rapid clearance independent of liver and renal function,without accumulation even with a long time or over-dose infusion.Therefore,remifentanil applies to induction and maintenance of general anesthesia and utpatient anesthesia in elderly patients,and is beneficial for early recovery of recognition function.Remifentanil is a neotype ultra-short-acting u-opioid receptor,it will bring the prospect of a broader in intravenous anesthesia.
