摘  要:目的:研究侧柏叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮及槲皮苷的提取率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,考察提取溶媒、提取次数、提取时间、料液比因素对提取的影响,确定侧柏叶最佳提取工艺。结果:用70%乙醇为溶媒,以1∶8的料液比,回流3次,每次1.5 h为最佳提取条件。结论:该提取工艺方法简单、合理,是侧柏叶黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。Objective : To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from cacumen platycladi. Methods: The extract conditions, such as concentration of ethanol, extraction times, extraction time and ratio of solvent to material were investigated by the orthonogal design with the content of tiliroside as the chemical reference. Results: The optimum extraction condition was established as follows: ethanol concentration 70%, extracting 1.5 hours for three times and the ratio of solvent to material 1 : 8. Conclusion: The present investigation provided the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from the Platycladus orientalis Franco.
