摘　　要：目的强化经桡动脉途径实施冠状动脉介入诊疗围手术期护理,避免危险因素发生,达到最佳诊疗效果。方法回顾分析386例接受冠脉造影加支架置入患者的临床资料,寻找即往护理薄弱环节,采取护理应对。结果386例患者病变血管再通,无局部出血及血肿等并发症。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗,其手术安全,并发症少,且护理有效配合起到重要作用。Objective： To strengthen the perioperative care of transradial coronary intervention to avoid the risk factors occur and achieve the best clinical results. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 386 cases received coronary angiography and stent implantation was to improve the nursing care and take some measures. Results： 386 cases with vascular lesions got recanalization without local complications such as bleeding or hematoma. Conclusion： The transradial approach coronary intervention has advantage of safety, less complications in which nursing care plays an important role.
