Effects of Vegetables Juice and Ethanol on the Activity of Aminotransferase of Bufo bufo gargarizans Poisoned by Carbon Tetrachloride

摘  要:以四氯化碳(CCl4)致毒中华大蟾蜍为肝损伤动物模型,观察胡萝卜、西红柿、甘蓝、莴苣、芹菜、洋葱、茄子、青菜8种蔬菜的混合汁、乙醇分别对致毒的中华大蟾蜍谷草转氨酶活性及谷丙转氨酶活性的影响,并探讨其可能的机制。结果显示,单纯四氯化碳致毒组肝脏血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活力均明显高于混合蔬菜汁干预组(P<0.01),而显著低于乙醇干预组(P<0.01)。表明混合蔬菜汁对四氯化碳所致的肝损害有保护作用,乙醇则会加重四氯化碳对肝脏的损害。In present study, we detected the effects of eight species of vegetable juice including carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, lettuce, celery, onions, eggplant and Chinese cabbage, and ethanol on the activity of partate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase of Bufo bufo gargarizans after peritoneal injection with carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4 ). The underlying mechanism was also discussed. Our results demonstrated that the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the serum of the animals treated with CCl4 were significantly higher than those of the groups intervened with the mixed vegetable juice ( P 〈 0.01 ), but lower than those of the groups intervened with ethanol ( P 〈 0.01 ). These suggest that the mixed vegetable juice can alleviate the liver injury induced by CCl4, whereas ethanol can aggravate the injury.
