摘 要:对13组共273个试件进行抗压试验,研究超高韧性水泥基复合材料的抗压性能,测得材料的抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比以及棱柱体单轴抗压应力-应变全曲线,并与相应基体的抗压性能进行对比分析。根据试验结果得出不同尺寸立方体抗压强度的关系、立方体抗压强度与棱柱体抗压强度的关系、弹性模量和抗压强度的关系。根据实测棱柱体抗压应力-应变全曲线,针对构件的正截面承载力计算和结构的非线性分析,分别提出相应的计算模型。研究成果可为超高韧性水泥基复合材料在实际工程中的应用提供材性依据和理论模型。The compression properties of Ultra High Toughness Cementitious Composites (UHTCC) are tested through 273 specimens divided into 13 groups according to various combinations of materials. The compressive strength, elasticity modulus, Poisson' s ratio and the axial compressive stress-strain curves are obtained. The corresponding matrices are also tested for comparison. The compressive strength relationships between cube specimens of different sizes, between cube specimens and prism specimens, and between elasticity modulus and compressive strength are proposed according to the test results. Two calculation models are proposed for bearing capacity design of right section and non-linear analysis of structures, respectively, according to the complete stress-strain curve obtained from prism specimens of UHTCC. The studv provides material characteristics and theoretical models for practical applications of UHTCC.
