摘 要:为了探讨奶牛血液生殖激素和微量元素含量随年龄变化的规律,分析其相关性与回归关系,用ELISA法测定了48头不同年龄黑白花奶牛血清中促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E2)的浓度,以原子吸收光谱法测定了血清Zn、Fe、Ca和Mg含量,统计分析了激素和四种元素间的相关关系与回归方程.结果表明不同年龄奶牛血清中Zn、Ca和Mg的含量以7岁为最高,而Fe以5岁最高;HCG在各年龄间基本恒定;P和FSH 4岁以前呈下降趋势,至4岁时最低(p<0.05),然后逐渐升高;LH和E2以4岁为最高;T以0.5岁为最高;Zn与HCG、LH和FSH,Fe与P、FSH和E2,Ca和Mg与P、T和E2都呈负相关关系(p>0.05).可以得出,不同年龄的奶牛其血清激素和元素的含量不同,元素和激素间存在明显的相关性,一种激素与不同元素回归方程的截距A和回归系数明显不同.To explore the change characteristics, correlations and regression equations of serum reproductive hormones and mineral elements in dairy cows, serum concentrations of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), chorionic gonadotropin ( HCG ), testosterone (T), progesterone(P) and estradiol (E2) were measured by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 48 Holstein cows; serum Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg contents were arrayed with atomic absorption spectrometry method (AAS). The correlations and regression equations between hormones and mineral elements in different ages were statistically analyzed. The results showed that Zn, Ca and Mg content were the highest in 7-year-old cows, Fe content was the highest at five years, serum FSH and P concentrations declined, the lowest level was at four years (p 〈 0.05) and then increased gradually, LH content contrarily arrived to the peak at four years, HCG levels were stable, T and E2 concentrations changed irregularly. There are negative correlations between Zn with the HCG, LH and FSH, Fe and progesterone (P), FSH and E2, Ca and Mg and P, T and E2 respectively(p 〉 0.05). In conclusion, the contents of serum reproductive hormones and mineral elements in dairy cows at different ages do not have remarkable differences, there are obvious relevance between serum elements and reproductive hormones, The intercept A and regression coefficient of regression equation between one reproductive hormone and different elements differ obviously.
