糖脉通对2型糖尿病合并1级高血压患者的ALD、AngⅠ、AngⅡ影响

摘　　要：目的观察糖脉通对糖尿病合并1级高血压的降压作用及对醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅰ(AngⅠ)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例服用糖脉通,对照组40例服用卡托普利。结果两组患者治疗后血压均下降。治疗后较治疗前AngⅠ、AngⅡ、ALD明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组AngⅠ较对照组明显下降,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论糖脉通可以降低收缩压和舒张压,可能是通过改善AngⅠ、AngⅡ、ALD而发挥作用。ObjectiveTo observe the action of step-down pressure of Tangmaitong and the effect on ALD,AngⅠ and AngⅡ of the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and mild hypertension.Methods80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases in the treatment group took Tangmaitong,40 cases in the control group took Captopril.ResultsPatients blood pressure,ALD,AngⅠ and AngⅡof 2 groups were obviously decrease after treating（P＆lt;0.05 or P＆lt;0.01）.Compared with the control group,AngⅠof the treatment group was obviously decrease（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tangmaitong could decrease systolic pressure and diastolic pressure through improving ALD,Ang Ⅰ and Ang Ⅱ.
