摘　　要：本文从"批项目、核土地"的指标现状出发,针对审核中涉及的不同类型项目和用地指标进行了分析,并指出了指标中存在的问题及不足,同时提出了修改完善的建议。Based on the current situation of index of land usage in the approval procedure of the project in Shanghai, this paper analyzed the different projects and index of land usage and pointed out the problems and flaws in this work and put forward some suggestion for improvement.
