摘　　要：本文从土地利用规划修改的内涵、原因、原则、方案评估入手,对当前我国正在实施的土地利用规划出现的问题进行了剖析。在此基础上,提出了新一轮土地利用规划修编的5个具体建议。The paper begins with an analysis of the relationship among planning amending connotation, reason, principle, program evaluation of the overall planning of land usage as well as the implement on the current land usage planning problems. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward five pieces of recommendation for the new round of the revision of the overall planning.
