摘　　要：槟榔是我国传统的药材及嗜好品,在我国有着悠久的栽培和嚼食史,国内对此方面的研究尚嫌薄弱。本文从历史地理角度对我国槟榔种植格局,槟榔习俗文化空间分布与地区差异,槟榔的制作、嚼食方法及销售方向,槟榔礼俗的衰减四个方面作了进一步探讨,希望有助于学界对槟榔栽培与槟榔习俗文化历史演变的深入研究。The betelnut was the tradition drugs and the hobby in our country, Its have glorious cultivation and chewing history in our country. However,the researching on this problem stii weak. This article can be divided into four parts, trere are distribution of the betelnut planting, the georraphical distribution and the differenceof the betelnut customs, the manufacture and sale of betelnut and the weaken of the betelnut customs from the historical geography and history angle to do further research this problem. Hope it is beneficial to the deep research on Betelnut Planting and Betelnut Custom Culture.
