320排动态容积CT冠脉成像质量的影响因素及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨200例疑冠心病患者行320排动态容积CT冠状动脉造影成像质量的影响因素和护理对策。方法回顾性分析200例患者中影响图像质量的相关因素,如心率、注射速度及压力、呼吸等,给予心理护理、降低心率、调节压力、呼吸训练等针对性的实施细致的护理。结果200例患者中164例(82%)图像质量为1级,34例(17%)为2级,其中29例注射对比剂团注效果欠佳,2例(1%)为3级图像,未见对比剂渗漏。结论心理护理、降低心率、提高注射速率及压力、呼吸训练等护理措施有助于提高320排CT冠状动脉成像质量。Objective To discuss the influcence factors and nursing measures of coronary imaging by ECG-gated 320-slice dynamic volume MDCT for 200 patients with suspected coronary artery disease. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the influence factors of imaging quality from 200 patients, such as heart rate, injection speed and injection pressure, breath, and nursing for patients with careful measures of mental nursing, reducing heart rate, pressure regulation, breath training and psychological nursing. Results Among 200 patients, 164 cases （82%） image quality for 1 level, 34 cases（17%） for 2 level, of which 29 cases of injection of contrast agent bolus injection were ineffective; 3 cases for 3 level. Conclusion Careful and effective nursing is helpful in high imaging quality.
