迈之灵治疗肢体肿胀性疾病及痔疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨迈之灵治疗肢体肿胀性疾病及痔疮的疗效。方法将62例患者按随机化原则,将病情程度相近的相同病种分为治疗组31例,对照组31例。对照组采取一般的临床治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服迈之灵片剂,每次150mg,每日2次,连服20天。结果治疗组慢性丹毒、蜂窝织炎等炎症所致的肢体肿胀(48.70±1.31)%于用药后3天消肿,(92.50±1.88)%于7天后消肿,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.001);治疗组外伤后骨折(手指骨)、关节脱位、扭伤所致肿胀于用药后(6.11±0.78)天消肿超过90%,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);痔疮患者于用药3天后临床症状明显缓解,(4.83±0.75)天后消失,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P=0.001)。结论迈之灵可有效治疗肢体肿胀性疾病及痔疮,对炎症和创伤所致者效果尤为显著。Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of Aesscuven forte in the treatment of limbs swelling and haemorhoids. Methods 62 patients were randomly assigned to receive （treated groups： 3 lpatients） or not to receive （control group： 31 patients）. The treated group took orally the Aesscuven forte （150 mg） two times every day in 20 days. Result The rate of subsidence of swelling of chronic erysipelas and phlegmons in the treated group were （48.70 1.31） % （at the third day） and （92.50 1.88） % （at the seventh day）. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.001）. After （6.11± 0.78 ）days, the rate of subsidence of swelling of trauma were above 90% in the treated group. It was more rapid than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical signs of haemorrhoids disappeared after （4.83±0.75） days in the treated group. It was also more rapid than that of control group （P=0.001）. Conclusion Aesscuven forte can treat effectively limbs swelling and haemorhoids, which has more significant efficiency in treating swellings of flammation or trauma.
