镇稻系列籼型三系恢复系的育种策略与启示

摘　　要：对6个镇稻系列籼型三系恢复系的遗传基础、株型特征、产量结构、品质、抗逆性、恢复力与配合力等进行了分析比较,总结出镇稻系列籼型三系恢复系选育成功的经验:以丰富的遗传背景为基础,杂种优势利用与株型改良相结合,采用系谱法和低世代配合力测定法,强调恢复系的产量、品质、抗逆性、株型、恢复力和配合力的整体提高。The paper analyzed and compared the inheritance basis, plant- type character, yield structure, quality, adversity resistance, resilience, combining .ability and so on of six indica three - line restoring lines in Zhen - rice series, and summed up the following experience in successful breeding of indica three - line restoring lines in Zhen - rice series ： on the basis of abundant genetic background, combining the utilization of heterosis with improvement of plant - type, adopting genealogy method and method of determining the combining ability in low generation, emphasizing the whole enhancement in yield, quality, adversity resistance, plant -type, resilience and combining ability of restoring line.
