摘　　要：目的:观察速效戒毒液对小鼠激怒反应的抑制作用,探索其治疗海洛因依赖者戒断症状的药理效应。方法:将速效戒毒液分为大、中、小3个剂量,选用小鼠静脉注射给药,分别测试各组动物于给药前后激怒时所需的刺激次数,并与生理盐水对照组比较。结果:速效戒毒液大、中、小剂量组对小鼠中枢神经系统均有明显的抑制作用。结论:速效戒毒液对小鼠的中枢抑制作用可能是迅速解除海洛因依赖者多种戒断症状的机制之一。Objective：To observe the inhibitory effects of quick - acting drug abstinence liquid on irritative response in mice,and to explore its pharmacological effects on the withdrawal symptoms in heroin addicts. Methods：Mice were given large, medium and small dosage of drug abstinence liquid by intravenous injection,respectively. The minimal stimulus number needed to induce the irritative response in a mouse was recorded in each group pre - and post - administration,and then compared with saline control group. Results：All of three dosages of quick - acting drug abstinence liquid showed significant inhibition in the central nervous system. Conclusion： The inhibitory effects of quick - acting drug abstinence liquid on central nervous system in mice may be one of the mechanisms for the rapid relief of a variety of withdrawal symptoms in heroin addicts.
