摘　　要：工会组织的效益成绩,是工会组织存在和发展的基础之一。对工会组织效益结构的层级特点、调控基理、运行模式、技术要点的认识和研究,是工会干部必须重视的课题。工会工作实践中只要抓住纵向效益线末梢尽力下沉、横向诸层面职能尽力发挥等关键环节,则工会的组织效益就一定会得到提升和增值。The effectiveness and success of trade unions is the basis for existence and development of trade union organization.Trade union cadres must pay attention to the characteristics of hierarchy,the basic principle of regulation,the running mode and technical points of effectiveness structure of trade union.In trade union work,only by grasping the key points such as to make every effort to sink the ending of longitudinal effectiveness line,and to carry out the functions at all horizontal levels,the organizational effectiveness of trade union will be increased.
