摘　　要：金融危机使我国下岗失业人数增多,对保持社会稳定和经济又好又快发展是一个严峻挑战。明确社区在解决下岗失业问题中的地位,充分发挥社区作为城市基层政权组织的作用,对于实现充分就业和构建和谐社会有着重要的意义。The financial crisis made the number of unemployed increased in China. It is a Challenge for social stability and economic development. We must be clear of Community＇ s role of resolving unemployment, and give full play to community＇ s role of the urban grass - roots state power agency so as to achieve full employment and to build up a harmonious society.
