摘　　要：建立了资产发展系统在生产性积累率和全要素生产率相对稳定的前提下的投资控制模型,在Banach函数空间LP(0,am)上定义资产发展算子A,并研究了算子A的谱特性,证明它生成C0半群,得到了资产发展方程解的存在性和唯一性。A control model of investment for the property evolution systems is set up under the relative stability of the product accumulation rate and all key element production rate. The property evolution operator is defined in L^P（O,an） and the spectral property was studied, so making Co semi-group is proved. Then the existence and uniqueness of the solution for the property evolution equation is obtained.
