男权文化话语语境下职业女性的困境

摘　　要：本文以女性主义理论为框架,围绕"职业女性困境"问题,探讨文化话语语境对职业女性的负面影响。文章认为男权文化的语境结构下,一些语言的使用在一定程度上消蚀了职业女性成才的动机,湮灭了职业女性主体意识,并对职业女性认知产生误导作用。本文通过分析职业女性受文化话语语境囿限的本质,批判男权话语对职业女性所表现出的偏见和歧视,希望为职业女性自我认知和自我发展研究提供有益的线索。This paper takes ＂professional women＇s plight＂ as its object of study, focusing on the negative effects of the cultural discourse context on women-development from a feministic perspective. It suggests that, in the male-dominated cultural context, the use of some discourse weakens, to a certain extent, women＇s motivation in their self-development, annihilates their awareness of being a principal part in social activities and misleads people in understanding women＇s selfdevelopment. By analyzing the contextual constraints that male discourse has on women the paper critically discusses the prejudice and discrimination against women, hoping to provide helpful clues for research on their self-value and selfdevelopment in the male-dominated society.
