摘　　要：在政务信息资源分布式网络化的趋势下,开放性和集成性成了政务信息化的重要发展方向。政务信息的分布式集成与共享服务就是对分散不同地域的数据加以集成和整和,实现统一的访问模式和管理。本文结合福建省基础地理信息数据情况,从数据集成,数据共享到政府部门专题三维地理信息系统的设计和实现方法进行了详细的分析和说明。In the trend of the administrative information being distributed and networking, openness and integration have become the important conditions for the administrative works informatization. The distributed integration and sharing service of the administrative information is to integrate the data of different areas, and realized the unified access mode and management. According to the status of the fundamental geographic information of Fujian province, this paper makes a detailed analysis and explanation in terms of data integration, data sharing, and design and implementation of the thematic 3D GIS for government departments.
