摘　　要：目的:探讨白花蛇舌草提取物对HL-60细胞的抑制作用及其机制。方法:采用四氮唑蓝(MTT)抑制试验检测白花蛇舌草提取物对HL-60细胞的抑制作用。结果:白花蛇舌草提取物对HL-60细胞有明显的抑制作用,并且呈剂量-时间依赖关系。结论:白花蛇舌草提取物可能是通过直接影响肿瘤细胞的能量代谢,从而抑制HL-60细胞生长。Objective： To explore the inhibition of extracts of hedyotis diffusa on leukemia HL-60 cell. Methods： The inhibition of extracts of hedyotis diffusa on leukemia HL-60 cell was detected by MTT method. Results： The extracts of hedyotis diffusa can inhibit the HL-60 cell markedly in a dose and time-dependent manner. Conclusion： The extracts of hedyotis diffusa can inhibit the growth of HL-60 cell and may induced by directly affect the cell energy metabolism.
