摘  要:用废渣和石英砂作为主要原料,以焦炭和木炭作为还原剂,采用自制小型直流电弧炉和混合加料法冶炼硅铁合金,并用XRD和光学显微镜对合金进行了分析;实验表明:当石英砂质量分数(即百分含量)为20%,炉料的配碳量为1.9:1时,硅铁的回收率最高,产物中得到Fe_5Si_3和Fe_3Si。说明利用直流电弧炉冶炼硅铁合金具有独特的优势,解决了炉底上涨和废渣利用方面的问题,有利于环保,并具有较好的经济效益。In the paper the ferro-silicon was smelted with mixed charging method using Jinchuang Corporation's waste slag and quartz grain as the major materials, charred coal and charcoal as reducing matter in self-made miniature DC are furnace. The alloy was analysed by means of XRD and optical microscope. Experiment results showed that when the mass ratio of quartz grain is 20%, the recovery rate is highest with the ratio of material and reducing matter is 1.9: 1. Fe5Si3 and Fe3Si were obtained. There was an unique advantage using DC arc furnace. The technical problem of growth of the bottom was settled in smelting process. Not only waste residue problem but also environmental protection can be settled.
