摘 要:以酸热共同改性海泡石粉体为原料,采用海泡石粉体先吸附六偏磷酸根再吸附Ag+的工艺方案,制备海泡石载Ag+抗菌剂,并利用傅立叶红外光谱对海泡石的提纯、改性以及与六偏磷酸根的结合效果作出检测。海泡石载银实验考察了Ag+浓度、载银时间、载银温度以及固液比对抗菌剂制备的影响,采用抑菌圈法评价实验因素对抗菌效果的影响,由正交组合确定了较佳的工艺方案。通过原子吸收光谱对海泡石载银量进行测定。载银海泡石在室温条件下放置半月颜色无明显变化,变色得到了缓解。Using acid and heat treated sepiolite as the adsorbent, it is adopted the procedure that sepiolite which first combines (PO)66- adsorbs Ag+ to produce anti-bacterial powder with FTIR as the detective to measure the effect of purifying raw sepiolite, acid and heat-treating impact on purified sepioloite and the combination between sepiolite and (PO)66. In this paper, orthogonal experiment is taken to examine Ag+ concentration,action time,action temperature and the ratio of the amount between sepiolite powder and Ag+ solution that all affect the experiment,and to get the better procedure condition.Anti-bacterial circle is applied to check the effect of the action ingredients on anti-bacterial powders that are made, and through AAS, the amount ofAg+ adsorbed is examed. Antibacterial sepiolite color's turning is apparently slowed down through showing no color turning at the room temperature for half month.
