水热法生产柠檬酸石膏晶须

摘　　要：本文利用钙盐法生产柠檬酸时排出的工业废渣——柠檬酸石膏废渣作原料,通过水热合成法生产石膏晶须。具体的制备过程为:向含80%柠檬酸石膏的乳浊液中加入50%的H2SO4,柠檬酸石膏与50%的H2SO4质量比为500∶1,再加入表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶,其中表面活性与石膏质量比为3∶100,最后在120℃水热反应20min,生成半水石膏晶须,经220℃干燥得到产品。实验结果表明:未加入表面活性剂进行水热反应,得到石膏晶须平均长径比约为10,晶须长度为50～100μm;加入溴代十六烷基吡啶进行水热反应,得到平均长径比约为80、长为200～400μm的经济附加值高、应用广泛的无水石膏晶须。In this paper, citric acid gypsum, a industrial waste resulting from citric-acid production by a calcium-salt route, was used as raw materials to prepare CaSO4 whiskers by hydrothermal synthesis. The detailed process was as follows： firstly, pour 50% H2SO4 into 80% calcium sulfate with a weight ratio of the former to the latter of 1： 500; secondly, add a surfacant ofhexadecylpyridine bromide with a weight ratio of the surfacant to calcium sulfate of 3：100; thirdly, obtain gypsum semihydrate （CaSO4 · 0.5H20） whiskers by hydrothermal reaction at 120 ℃ for 20 min; finally, dry the gypsum semihydrate at 220℃ and achieve calcium sulfate （CaSO4） whiskers. Results showed that without the surfacant added, the prepared calcium sulfate （CaSO4） whiskers have an 50-100μm long with a length to diameter ratio of 10. However, with the surfacant used, the obtained calcium sulfate （CaSO4） whiskers are 200--400μm long with a ratio of length to diameter of 80, which is valuable and widely used in malay fields.
