退耕还林社会经济效益分析——以围场县和易县为例

摘　　要：河北省退耕还林生态工程实施以来,工程效益显著。通过对项目区南北两县承德市围场县和保定市易县的社会经济效益分析发现,该工程对项目区耕地面积影响较大,人均耕地面积下降,截止到2007年,围场县和易县人均耕地面积分别下降37.4%和14.1%;项目区粮食总产量变化不大;项目区农村人口从业率有所增加;农村居民人均纯收入增幅较大,围场县和易县人均纯收入分别增加97.6%和46.6%;工程项目的实施促使新型行业即农林牧渔服务业产生。The benefits of Reforesting Formerly Cultivated Land were higher since it implemented in Hebei Province. According to the contrast the benefits between Weichang county in Chengteh City and Yixian county in Baoding City, the project has great effects on the agricultural acreage. Per capita arable land area decrease, up to 2007 Per capita arable land area decrease 37.4% in Weichang county and 14.1% in Yixian county. Total output of grain had little change. The rate of rural practitioners increased. The rate of rural practitioners increased 4% in Weichang county and 1% in Yixian county. Per capita net income increased. Per capita net income increased 97.6% in Weichang county and 46.6% in Yixian county. It produced a new industry of Services for agriculture.
