高效液相色谱法测定飞扬草中槲皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的探讨飞扬草中槲皮苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Dikma-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(25∶75),检测波长为256nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果槲皮苷进样量在5.04～75.6μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率103.0%,相对标准偏差值(RSD)=1.2%(n=6)。结论该方法快速简便,稳定可靠,专属性强。Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of Quercitrin in Herba Euphrbiae Hirtae by HPLC. Methods Dikam C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （25： 75）, the determination wavelength was at 256 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The calibraility curves showed good linearity in the range of 5.04 -75.6 μg/ml （r = 0. 9997 ）, and the average recovery was 103.0%, RSD = 1.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and specificity.
